PLACING AN ORDER
Do you have a size chart?
Yes. Fit is central to what we do. We include measuring guides per size for all our garments; these size guides can be found on each respective product page.
How do I find out about the style, fit or fabric of a specific item?
We include detail on each product page. For further information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where are your products designed & manufactured?
At Rose & Willard we design all our pieces at our London studio. While we have had some pieces made in Europe over 90% of our product is London made. All our styles are now crafted with care by our team at our London studio.
Are your products ethical?
Yes. There is absolutely no garment worker exploitation anywhere along our value chain. We have close relationships with any suppliers and personally check their operations. We believe it is important to be kind to the people we work with.
Are your products eco friendly and sustainable?
Yes. We try to be as kind to the environment as possible. We source all our materials in as sustainable a way as possible. We keep our carbon footprint to an absolute minimum. This involves keeping our supply chain as short as possible; we work with local suppliers. We eschew waste and keep all leftover fabric and trims and find ways to re-use them. If we can't find a use for anything we don't use we donate anything leftover to fashion and design students. Any samples we don't need to keep are donated to women's charities.
Can you offer customisations?
Yes. We have an in-house team of exceptionally skilled seamstresses. They can alter hem lengths and make other adjustments. For more bespoke requests please email email@example.com.
Can I talk to someone before I place my order?

How do I cancel or change my order?
Although orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed, we do offer exchanges.

We ship globally and to almost all destinations.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, for security, all packages dispatched will require a signature on receipt. This way we can be sure that they reach you.
Do you deliver in the evening?

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

How do I track my order?
You will receive confirmation by email after your order has been placed. This will be followed by further communication after your order has been dispatched and when it is en route. You can also track your package using the tracking number provided with your order confirmation.
How do I return or exchange unwanted items?
We have tried to make returning and exchanging items as easy as possible. Please see our Delivery & Returns page on this site for details. The packaging in which your original order was sent is reusable and step-by-step instructions are provided on our returns form, which was included with your order. We also offer exchange for any of our other products.
